Sad sruffu people? What? Can anyone explain what this word sruffu means? Obviously not a very nice meaning by the poster harrogate lover. As well as been rude and aggressive toward Honestbird you also illiterate.

starbucks within sainsbugs, I called by today and ordered a coffee, took one sip and left the rest. The cup wasn't clean and the cafe areas looked in need of a good scrub. Worse still to come was the store itself which was dirty and minging. The young shelf stackers or whatever they call themselves put little effort into helping customers when they ask why a certain product isn't on the shelves. Their replies are a mutter with answers you already know. Hardly good PR if you ask me, infact just as minging as the dirty floors and naff cafe. Not a patch on any other supermarket.

I agree with honestbird and i live in harrogate, so lighten up H lover. With that kind of remark it's no wonder one visit was enough for him/her.

Well.. suprise, suprise. What's with the shopping brigade dressing up like mutton? Sainsbury's is just another supermarket with a place to have a coffee, NOT ascot races. The harrogate folk have faces like a wet weekend and are only interested how the customer in front is dressed, never mind looking for something for a slap up meal. Arrogant, rude, and utterly pretentious people. But then what else can be expected, it'a a pretentious town. First visit and certainly the last!.
