hey dont know if you still looking or you might have moved here already,
If you're rich you need to be looking on the south side, Pannal Ash, Harlow Hill area. megga rich are Dutchy rd,kent rd, fullwith mill rd.
normal run of the mill, bilton, new park, jennyfield (top end), town centre, skipton rd.
cheaper houses tend to be starbeck, it's not horrible but more populated and generally lower income.
