Honest and earthy couple seek rural work

This is Simon and Kerrie. We are an early thirties couple currently situated in Hull, and having been tired of the rat-race for sometime, are looking to re-locate to the Harrogate/Ripon/ Bedale/Masham area to fulfil our Horticultural/Agricultural dreams. We have a great love of flora/fauna and arable farming and, although we have very little experience, are prepared to be thrown 'in at the deep end' as it were workwise and gain relevant qualifications along the way. It's all about passing on knowledge, and we see Agriculture as more a life-stance than a vocation. We travel to and from the region every month to indulge our hobbies -poetry/writing/walking/cheese-purchasing(!) - and we are calling out for some good old-fashioned altruism and the chance to be involved in and breathe the life that seems so far removed from our current one there's a good chance we may pass out with joy if we were ever offered the opportunity! We are both very good-humoured with a positive approach to life, mild-tempered yet professional with a thirst for knowledge and believe in a good, hard honest days' work. A live-in position would be supremely ideal, but can be workied around if not the case.
