Job Title – Hygiene Sales Mgr
Department – UK Sales
Responsible To – Matt Haslam
Summary Of Main responsibilities: To make the UK hygiene market the most successful market during 2004. By building relationships you are to maintain the business we currently have and find ways in which we can improve sales through new business development.
To manage the strategy and sales of new products so that the sales are constantly Improving, with the outcome that the products become core to the P&L range.
To identify new markets and develop new customers in existing markets.
Looking at avenues to develop P&L products.
Specific Responsibilities
Ensure that all “key” distributors within the market area are familiar with your role and that they are working towards a plan of action. That these companies are constantly improving in turnover and that through your organisation your staff know exactly the role they need to fulfil to achieve your plans.
To ensure external visits are carried out to a maximum and that your conversion rates are above 60%
To ensure all salespeople are motivated and understand the purpose of P&L and their role. To help develop sales staff so that training and product files are up to date and that they are competent in each area of their job.

To ensure that all sales staff understand company rules and that they follow them at all times.

To liase with sales staff and make sure all distributors are selling to their potential.
The database to be updated and kept tidy by all sales staff.
Liase with customer services regarding customers within the market area on the telephone and face to face.
To carry out sales training and other proactive P&L to customer activities in terms of development of key accounts. This includes promotions, flyers, mail-shots Pest control training

Liase with the Sales Manager and have the drive to make the markets grow and succeed.

Hours Of Work – 8.30am – 5.15pm and out of hours
